Rusty Fleming

Rusty Fleming (拉斯提。佛萊明) 一直與 貓王 Elvis Presley (埃爾維斯。皮禮士利) 有著不尋常的相似之處。由他的步姿，談話及外形，搖滾樂之王似是重回現代。一出生就彷似伴著一把結他，Rusty十歲時就已經不停地唱著歌。從他在夏威夷當上第一份貨車司機的工作之時，他就自學所有貓王的音樂與歌曲。只過了短短數月，他就被鼓勵辭掉以往工作而以唱歌作為職業。

已經學懂大部份貓王的歌曲的Rusty，很快就在檀香山四處表演。他愈表演得多，就愈把貓王與Rusty融為一體。在得到多個演出獎項之後，Rusty堅信他 就是貓王。每次演出都架上墨鏡及掩飾其真正身分，他的個性及態度全披上搖滾樂之王的映像。

不同於其他的貓王模仿者，許多觀眾都被Rusty的演出而迷住。不論是與朋友聚會或有關工作的事項，他都保持著貓王的角色。直至2005年夏天，以香港為基地的藝人娛樂機構～埼立娛樂，與Rusty多番相討後，決定將他帶到亞洲。

2009年開始，Rusty與埼立製作的同事們，正為Rusty組成專用樂隊及作出事前準備，以配合即將到來的各項演出。 Rusty正準備將貓王的精神帶給全世界。

Rusty Fleming has an uncanny resemblance to Elvis Presley. From the way he walks, talks and looks, the King of Rock and Roll has returned. Born with his guitar by his side, Rusty has been singing since the age of 10. His first job was a truck driver in Hawaii, in which during that time he taught himself the music and songs of Elvis. Only after short few months, he was encouraged to leave and pursue a singing career.

Having memorized most of Elvis’s songs, Rusty began to sing open mic at several venues throughout Honolulu. The more he sang, the more Rusty became Elvis. After winning several awards for his performances back in his hometown Rusty insisted that he only be known as Elvis. Wearing sunglasses and hiding his true identity even after his performances, his attitude and personality is a mirror image of the king himself.

Tourists were mesmerized by Rusty and unlike other Elvis impersonators, Rusty put on a show wherever he was. From dining out to meeting friends or attending business matters, he always kept the Elvis persona. It was during the summer of 2005 when he was approached by Creep Entertainment ~ an artist/production company based in Hong Kong. After many discussions Rusty agreed to fly overseas and bring Elvis back to life in Asia.

Since the beginning of 2009, Rusty and the Creep production crew have been busy formalizing a band and preparing Rusty for several performances to come. Rusty is ready to bring the spirit of Elvis across the globe.
